Yes. I provide meal-prep services exclusively in clients’ homes. Before we begin working together, I’ll schedule a home and kitchen tour so I can become familiar with your space, equipment, storage, and household needs.

I can prepare dinners, lunches, snacks, desserts, fruit platters, crudités, and other items that make your week easier. Menus may include comforting family-style favorites, vegetable-forward meals, or more refined dishes—always tailored to your household.

Yes. My training at the Natural Gourmet Institute included vegetable-forward cooking and specialty dietary needs. During your consultation and preferences form, you’ll have the opportunity to share allergies, dietary restrictions, food preferences, and ingredients you would prefer to avoid.

You can be as involved as you would like. I offer seasonal menu ideas for you to choose from, create fully customized menus around your preferences, or take the lead and plan a thoughtful menu for you.
Menus may include accessible family-style favorites with kids’ options, delicious and nutritious meals for busy professionals, health-conscious alternatives, or more refined dishes—always tailored to your household.

Collaborative, honest, and straightforward. We’ll begin with a consultation, followed by a preferences form covering dietary needs, shopping preferences, favorite foods, and household details. Before your first service day, we’ll schedule a home and kitchen tour. From there, I’ll create a personalized plan for your meal-prep service.

A typical service day includes grocery shopping, in-home cooking, packaging and organizing meals with reheating instructions, kitchen clean-up, and a short ingredient inventory. Menu planning and any other necessary communication could take place several days before the meal-prep day.

I serve clients within approximately one hour of Longmont, including Boulder, Denver, Loveland, and surrounding communities.

Weekly in-home meal prep is my primary focus. I’m also open to discussing select dinner parties, gatherings, and future catering opportunities—please reach out with what you have in mind.

Service can be scheduled around your household’s needs. Some clients enjoy weekly meal prep, while others prefer every other week, once a month, or to schedule as needed. We’ll discuss the schedule that works best for you during your consultation.
A standard meal-prep day typically includes five prepared meals for a household of one to four people. Larger families, households requiring more than five meals, or clients requesting additional items may benefit from a second cooking day.

No. You do not need to be home during meal-prep service. After the initial consultation and home-and-kitchen tour, we can make arrangements that allow the service day to run smoothly while you’re away.

In-home meal-prep service starts at $465 per service day, which typically includes up to five prepared meals for a household of one to four people.
The service fee includes personalized menu planning, grocery shopping, in-home cooking, packaging and organizing meals, kitchen clean-up with provided cleaning supplies, containers, and select pantry staples. Grocery costs are charged separately and are based on the ingredients selected for your menu.
After each service day, I’ll provide a detailed invoice with grocery receipts and convenient payment options.
